Always. We register and configure everything in your organisation’s name with you as the account owner. We hold delegated access to manage it, and that access can be revoked at any time.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes. We audit the existing setup first, document the risks, and quote any remedial work before taking it onto a care plan.
How are backups handled?
Daily off-site backups with 30-day retention as standard, longer on higher plans. We run restore tests so you know the backups actually work.
Do you set up business email?
Yes — either mailbox hosting on your domain, or full Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup including DNS records, security policies and staff onboarding.
