What is the Mituho Web Solutions wing?
It is the digital arm of Mituho Projects. The same delivery discipline we apply to construction projects — fixed scope, milestone payments and written progress reporting — applied to websites, software, cloud infrastructure and branding.
Do you only work with construction and real estate clients?
No. We work with businesses in any sector and any market — retail, hospitality, education, healthcare, NGOs, professional services and more.
How do projects get priced?
Every project is quoted to its actual scope, so we do not publish rate cards that would be wrong for your situation. After a free consultation you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, defined scope and timeline — so you are never working against an open meter.
How do payments work?
Projects run on milestone payments tied to delivered work — typically a deposit to start, a payment at design or demo approval, and the balance at handover. Retainers are billed monthly.
Can you work with our existing team or agency?
Yes. We regularly take over half-finished projects, work alongside in-house teams, or handle a single specialism while others cover the rest.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You do. Code, designs, source files, domains and hosting accounts are all transferred into your organisation’s name at handover.
